We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, within its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS.

If you experience an issue with your delivery, such as a lost or delayed package, please contact USPS directly. Provide them with your tracking number for assistance, as only the carrier can locate missing packages.

In the event that an item is damaged during transit, please reach out to us right away at innerrhythms@gmail.com, and we'll send a replacement. Including a photo of the damaged item helps us resolve the issue.
